Limitierte Auflage. Rebsortenrein aus rotem Garnacha aus biologischem Anbau. Er ist der beste Ausdruck unseres biologischen Terroirs auf der Parzelle Romerosa. Diese Weinberge, die sich in einer H\u00f6he von \u00fcber 700 m befinden, bringen aufgrund des Mikroklimas, in dem sie sich befinden, ihrer s\u00fcdlichen Ausrichtung und des Kalk-Lehm-Bodens einen Garnacha von h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t hervor.<\/p>\n

Der Garnacha Selecci\u00f3n ist einer unserer Bioweine, der die doppelte Anforderung an seine Herstellung erf\u00fcllt: Er stammt aus biologischen Trauben, die auf dem Terroir Hoz de Barbastro angebaut werden, und wird nach einem strengen Verfahren hergestellt. Beide Aspekte werden vom Comit\u00e9 Aragon\u00e9s de Agricultura Ecol\u00f3gica (CAAE) kontrolliert.<\/p>\n
