Tasting Notes
Intense cherry red colour, with purple reflections. Clean and bright appearance.
Complex aromas of ripe fruit, flowers, toast and a hint of mineral notes.
Ripe, fresh, balanced and powerful, with a persistent fruity reminiscence.
Serving temperature: 16 -18ºC.
Aged in French oak barrels (bottoms) and American oak barrels (staves) for 22 months.
Red meats, big game meat, roasts and cured cheeses.
