Tasting Notes

	Bright ruby red colour.
	Clean and intense smells, the presence of black and red fruits predominates, as well as a spicy background
	Presents a harmonious balance between fruit and barrel aging. Ripe, soft and round tannins, with a defined fruity finish that provides freshness, elegance and liveliness
	Serving temperature 16-18ºC.
	Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
	Grilled meats, game and snails.
