Tasting Notes

	Bright, medium depth. Beautiful cherry red colour with ruby glints.
	Clean and intense aromas. Its expressive fruitiness stands out (plums, wild strawberries and ripe cherries).
	Ripe fruit, along with light spicy and toasted notes. Medium-bodied. Gentle and fine. Balance between its components.
	Serving temperature: 15 – 16 º C.
	Not aged in oak barrels.
	Red meat, game, stews and roasts.
