Limited edition. Single varietal made from organic red Garnacha. It is the maximum expression of our organic terroir, in the Romerosa plot. These vineyards, located at an altitude of over 700 m, due to the microclimate in which they are located, their southern orientation and the limestone-loam soil, give rise to a Garnacha of the highest quality.

Tasting Notes

	Intense, bright ruby colour.
	Reminiscent of red and black fruits. Its mineral background and light floral notes give it complexity while maintaining a clear and expressive varietal character.
	Fresh, elegant, medium-bodied and with a long finish in which the Garnacha lingers with its captivating memory.
	Serving temperature: 15 – 16 º C.
	Not aged in oak barrels.
	Red meat, game, stews and roasts.

Garnacha Selección is one of our organic wines, which meet the double requirement in terms of their production: they come from organic grapes grown in the Hoz de Barbastro terroir, and follow a strict production process. Both aspects are controlled by the Comité Aragonés de Agricultura Ecológica (CAAE).
