Description

Box of 6 bottles of 750 ml

Organic reserve. A blend of Garnacha Tinta, Syrah, Tempranillo and Merlot.

Tasting Notes

	Bright, attractive purple colour with a high robe.
	Clean and intense aromas. Red fruits and dried fruit come to the fore, followed by a balsamic background and light mineral notes.
	Firm and decisive on the palate, with a good passage. Balanced sensation with an acidity that brings freshness. Long and pleasant sensation.
	Serving temperature: 16-18º C
	Aged in French oak barrels (bottoms) and American oak barrels (staves) for 14 months.
	Roasts, cured cheeses, mushrooms and truffles.

Prosa is one of our organic wines, which meet the double requirement in terms of their production: they come from organic grapes, grown in the Hoz de Barbastro terroir, and follow a strict production process. Both aspects are controlled by the Comité Aragonés de Agricultura Ecológica (CAAE).
